These terms regulate all users of all content of the domains aosverige.se and aosverige.com and their subdomains (henceforth: the site). The Terms and Conditions will be valid for all your future transactions with A.Noll Design AB (henceforth: A.O; may be referred to as ’us’) and visits to the site.

A.O reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions. The date of the latest update is found in the final section of the Terms and Conditions. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes.

Disclaimer
We do not guarantee that all the items available at the A.O web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the case of incorrect stock balance affecting your order, we will contact you shortly by phone or by e-mail.

A.O cannot warrant that the content of the site is at all time free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. A.O may at any time change the content of the site.

Though A.O strife to always display the correct texts, images and pricing in the site and web shop, errors can occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount when shopping from the web shop, we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. If we are unable to get in touch with you, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Part of the services mediated through the site are performed and concerned for by outside organizations. In situations where A.O act as agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities.

A.O cannot be held responsible for any damaged caused from using the site or for that matter not being able to use the site. A.O cannot guarantee a problem-free uninterrupted and secure access to the site.

The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than making sure you get the best service possible. It will solely be used for informing you about special offers and other marketing activities related to the different units of A.O. All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. A.O make the reservation to delay any order if we suspect a further security control is needed.

For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.

Colors
We cannot guarantee that colors in the website are fully equivalent to the items’ actual colors. This depends partly on the color settings of your computer and monitor.

Payment
We accept card payments by Visa and MasterCard. The full amount will be charged on the date of the shipment (i.e. when the package is dispatched).

All purchases are made at Payer's (www.payer.se) secure payment servers, which means that your card details are only used by Payer and the acquiring bank. We can not take part of your card details which increases the safety for our customers.

The transfer of information is encrypted with SSL-Secure Socket Layer 128-bit encryption.

In order to better derive your purchase, please note that purchases from the A.O online shop will appear as Payer AB on your account statement.

Prices
If your country is part of the European Union (EU), prices include Swedish VAT at 25 %.

Shipping costs will be added to your order. For shipping charges, please view the A.O shipping charge table.

Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. A.O ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Exchanges and refunds
During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. A.O cannot accept returns where labels have been removed.

You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to A.O. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for.

Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. However, A.O will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund.

All exchanges are subject to availability.

Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery.

Exchanges and returns can only be made as described in A.O’s instructions, which can be found at your invoice.

Sale
The policy applies during sales periods, except that A.O will not allow exchanges.

Shipping
All orders are fulfilled at our distribution center in Stockholm, Sweden within 2 business days (subject to card clearance and stock availability, up to 7 days during sale). We operate Monday to Friday and not on public holidays.

Collecting Orders Within Sweden
Swedish orders are delivered with Posten. You will get a note in your mailbox when the package is ready for pick up at your local postal center.

Collecting International Orders (delivery outside of Sweden)
Currently we only allow orders within Sweden. International orders will be accepted soon.

Uncollected items
Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected items.

Violation of rules
A.O reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site.

Individuals violating the restriction of password protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.

Force Majeure
In case of Force Majeur, A.O’s obligations are procrastinated. The contract between you and A.O can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by A.O. A Force Majeur is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events.

A.O will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.

Governing Law
These terms of use are construed in accordance with Swedish law and you agree that the Swedish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement.

The laws of you country may be different from the laws in Sweden and there may be additional legal requirements for you to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.
